Night Vision EO/IR PTZ Surveillance Cameras
Infiniti specializes in two main types of night vision technology. IR illumination (which includes our ZLID™ technology) and thermal infrared imaging. IR illumination is an active solution that operates in the NIR wavelength and outputs a beam of light that isn’t visible to the human eye, which then reflects back from the subject like a spotlight, which an NIR-sensitive camera sensor can read and display. Thermal imaging is a passive solution that reads the naturally emitted radiated heat from objects to product an image. Since thermal imaging doesn’t require an illuminating beam, the range can be much further, and depends more on the size and temperature of the target.
Short-Range IR & Thermal Imaging
These compact camera systems are great for applications that have shorter requirements for night vision, or for applications that require a compact or very portable system.
Mid-Range Thermal Imaging Systems
These systems can accommodate larger thermal lenses than those in our compact systems, for when longer ranges are required.
Long-Range ZLID™ IR Illumination
These systems are large enough to accommodate our longest range ZLID lasers, for detailed NIR illuminated images in complete darkness up to 6km away.
Longest-Range Cooled Thermal Imaging
These systems are powerful enough to maneuver our largest thermal camera lenses, able to achieve detection ratings exceeding 55 kilometers.
